Ananda Sangha Mumbai announces the start of a new series of classes on the Path of Kriya Yoga and Meditation with the Learn to Meditate Class. This session introduces the spiritual principles and practices that form the foundation of the path of Kriya Yoga as taught by Paramhansa Yogananda.
