About the Session: Our Spiritual life, like life itself, moves through phases when our practices are joyful and seemingly effortless, and at other times when they feel arduous and strained. We all experience periods when sadhana becomes dutiful rather than joyful, when meditations are restless, Energization Exercises mechanical, and devotion lacks luster.
In this Session, Nayaswami Devarshi and Brahmachari Vasudev shares insights and inspiration on how to recognize these phases early and respond to them consciously- so that temporary dryness does not harden into prolonged cycles, and our practice can regain its freshness, depth, and joy.

Paramhansa Yogananda introduced the science of Kriya Yoga to millions of spiritual seekers through his Autobiography of a Yogi.
