Corporate Workshops
“Possession of material riches, without inner peace, is like dying of thirst while bathing in a lake. If material poverty is to be avoided, spiritual poverty is to be abhorred! It is spiritual poverty, not material lack, that lies at the core of all human suffering.”
― Swami Kriyananda, The Essence of Self-Realization: The Wisdom of Paramhansa Yogananda
Energy is the key to success in all endeavours and it is our ability to increase and better direct our energy that forms the bedrock of a successful life. Work pressures have increased manifold and not only have impacted physical health but also mental health. Just like one would exercise to maintain or improve their physical health; Meditation is the exercise for the stressed out mind.
Ananda Sangha Mumbai offers corporate workshops based on the nonsectarian principles of yoga and meditation. The scientific tools and techniques shared in these programs help the individual tap into their innate potential for success and happiness.
These workshops will help employees to
- Better manage stress
- Work more efficiently
- Be cooperative and participative team members
- Balance and improve their work and home relationships
- Make clear and effective decisions
- Better lead and inspire others
- Stay joyful and calm under all circumstances

Benefits of Meditation for Professionals
- Its practice is known to cause a 5-10% improvement in anxiety symptoms and a 10-20% reduction in depressive symptoms.
- In a study of 60 patients recruited from a private cardiology clinic, those randomized to 8 weeks of mindfulness‐based stress reduction (primarily using meditation techniques) had significantly lower perceived stress and anger than a comparison control group.
- Appears to help preserve the brain’s gray matter, the tissue that contains neurons. Among those who meditated, the volume of gray matter did not decline as much as it did among those who didn’t.
- Meditation not only changes the structure of the brain(rewires neural pathways), but it changes our subjective perception and feelings as well.
- It has long‐standing effects on the brain, which provide some biological plausibility for beneficial consequences on risk of cardiovascular disease.
